We love seeing groups enjoy time together at Fieldtastic and Barntastic! To make sure your visit runs smoothly and stays private, we carefully manage bookings and add a little extra time around each session.

🐾 Fieldtastic Group Bookings

 

When you book the field for a group party:

 

We automatically block out the barn at £7 per hour to ensure privacy and avoid any disturbance.

 

The barn block-out helps keep your session peaceful but does not include barn access unless arranged separately.

 

A 30-minute buffer is added before and after your booking at £5 per half hour so our team can check and prepare the field beforehand and check after your session.

 

* Please note — the buffer time does not allow early access or late departure, it’s purely for preparation and checking.

 

 

Rates:

 

Field hire: £9 per hour

 

Additional charge: £2 per dog

 

Barn block-out (for privacy only): £7 per hour

 

Buffer time: £5 x 2 for 30-minutes

🐶 Barntastic Group Bookings

 

When you book the barn for a private group session:

 

We automatically block out the field at £9 per hour to ensure privacy and avoid any disturbance.

 

The field block-out helps keep your session peaceful but does not include field access unless arranged separately.

 

A 30-minute buffer is added before and after your booking at £5 per half hour so our team can check and prepare the barn beforehand and clean up afterwards.
